Return Eligibility
Return Window
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this timeframe won’t be accepted.
Product Condition
Lightly tested? No problem. We accept returns on products that have only been spray-tested and are still in original packaging. Bottles that have been used more than this or returned in poor condition may not be eligible.
Bundles & Sets
Products bought as part of a bundle offer must be returned as a full set to receive a refund. If returning only part of a bundle, we can offer an exchange instead.
Exchanges
One exchange per order is permitted, subject to stock availability.
Free Gifts & Promotions
Free promotional items must be returned if your order total falls below the qualifying amount. If not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. Returned gifts must be unused.
Return Shipping
We do not cover the cost of return shipping
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Start by contacting our team at sales@designerdupes.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return.
Package Your Return
Ensure your product is in its original packaging with any extras included.
Send It Back
Ship your return using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Proof of Return
Please email us a photo or copy of your shipping receipt so we can track your return.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process after approval.
If you’ve requested an exchange, it will be dispatched as soon as we’ve verified your return.
You will receive a full refund for returned order, minus a standard £3.95 shipping fee from the original order
Important Notes
Sale Items & Discounts
For multi-buy deals (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free , BOGOF), all items must be returned for a full refund. Partial returns will be refunded based on the adjusted promotional price.
Damaged Returns
If a product is returned damaged due to improper packaging, we may not be able to process a full refund.
