During our sale events, order volumes can be significantly higher than usual. We kindly ask for your patience as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise in advance for any delays and truly appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Information
At Aromers, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 services to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Delivery Options & Prices:
Tracked 48 – £3.95 (estimated delivery in 2–3 working days)
Tracked 24 – £4.95 (estimated delivery in 1–2 working days)
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Next Day Delivery cut off is 1pm Monday to Friday.
Shipping Details
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday.
For Highlands & Islands, delivery may take an extra working day.
